I have the pleasure to be in Kiev end of the month. I was searching a hotel or apartment. All hotels are redicolous expansive but I found Hotel DNIPRO which offers for this period against their website rates of $ 70.00. Can anyone recommend this hotel? Is it GFE?

I'm almost certain there are no tochkas in Kyiv. Yes one exists in Odessa, but only at the docks, for sea-faring types who've been on the waves too long to be choosy.

Moscow is the tochka king, and well worth a visit.
