You already have doubts. Your object of admiration will sense it, doesn't matter if you restart negotiations or not. Ukrainian girls prefer confident lovers. If you negotiate down, her service will be poor. If you don't, you'd be unhappy, and then again, her service will be poor.

I would cancel anybody remote who you never met before, and research the market while on the ground. Scan through 15 girls. 3000 euro will allow you to do that. At least 5 of them will be good, give or take. 2 or 3 will be great. Maybe 1 will agree longer term. $500 for 2-3 nights with great girls coming to Kiev from outside is not unheard of.
