Now that I have been and tried both, hands down it is Rio. I would not call Gia.

Yes. This is true. But it is not known when these resources really stop their work in Ukraine.

No. It was always legal after Romania and Bulagaria joined the EU. Reason: A gap in the law. A fatal mistake. The EU didn't allow those people to work for the company of other people. It was impossible for them to sign a normal employment contract to work for Mercedes or McDonalds. But it was always allowed to work self-employed as a freelancer. Thousands and thousands of people used that gap in every kind of business. Prostitutes can only be self-employed. And this is the reason why so many girls came to Germany.

When Romania and Bulgaria joined EU in 2007, there was a condition that they were not allowed to work in other EU countries. The condition was not lifted until 2014, as I understand.

It's against the law. A few years ago people didn't care about the law and the police didn't care about it. Just have a look at all the small shops in the metro stations. Most of them (about 500+) were demolished in 2016/2017 after many, many years. All of them were illegal. And it's also illegal to sell alcohol without a license. Even the supermarkets don't sell alcohol in the night anymore. Because the government has prohibited it. You can find this penomenon in Kiev, Lviv, Dnipro and and and.
