According to a report in today's Vedomosti.ru (a jv with WSG and FT) real estate and auto dealers in many parts of Russia have returned to this format.

I suspect now it will not be too much longer before Ukraine catches up to this changeover and the sex business in both countries reinstitutes it once again.

I never really saw it go away entirely in Kiev. It will no doubt grow in prominence, given the collapse of the griven.

However, as far as a method of driving prices back up for P4P - well, they can only do this to a limited extent.
