I did invite girls from out of town to Kiev and for the most part it worked just fine: from Odessa and from Lviv in my case. 1- When I go to the clubs in Arkadia district do I need to wear slacks, button-down shirt and stiff leather shoes to a club by the sea on a hot July night?

2- What about walking around town? Can I walk around a resort area in shorts and flip-flops or my Nike Air Max +?

It's not hot in July. Not humid the the south in the US. Most people are in shorts, tank tops, flip flops, etc. Slacks are fine. First time here, I paid 250 UAH for a cab. In return to airport, I paid 100 UAH. Still high. I think the going rate maybe 65-75 UAH.

I see a few US sailors here.
