My favorite starting place is apartments. I am not kidding when I say, start with the numbers from the guys giving out flyers. All you need is three or four of those and you expand from it. Most agencies are networked. You describe who you want and they will find her for you. The apartment owners / madams have to make money. If the girl has to come from another madam, the arranging madam will add a small commission on top so it might cost you 100 to 150 more. I don't whine about it. Very well said. My MO is very similar, though I only go for a week at a time. I attribute my success to positive attitude and how I treat girls. Your assessment is totally correct. Kiev is very hit and miss at best. Not even in the top 15 top destinations. Too many scams and fake profiles. There are much better options. Nothing wrong with hard work, but you have to justify your time. Once Europe reopens is doors Kiev is done. Some guys refuse to admit this, they are doing a disservice to newbies.

Well, there's one more aspect of it. Allegedly, me sending money in the past to some of those readily accommodating young ladies may have taken them off the market, or raised their going rate by making them less desperate for a week or so.
