As for the mongering-report for Kiev, I used kievlady.com to search for first options back in November. It's a hit and miss, but worth it if you are patient and are willing to invest some time and money on rides and "get-to-know-hour" with the girls. I expected to find one good girl after 10 tries, but found 2 good ones after only 8 tries. That was back in November. Both girls were not listed on the website at the time, and were the "new girlfriends" of the ones I actually came for. The Ukrainian language is gaining prevalence in Kiev for sure, and speaking Ukrainian would make you mentally closer to your girls, and that's why I sometimes prefer to speak Ukrainian when spending romantic time with my ladies.

Going to Airport is another story. Those prices are disproportional, but 200-350 is doable, and it is under 1 hour if there are no traffic jams.

I am happy with public transport. It's cheap and reliable. For me personally, no need for taxi, Uber, Sober etc.

Let's be serious. The bus ride from Boryspil airport to Kiev costs 100 UAH. A simple Uber ride in Lviv for a distance of 6 km costs 70 UAH. So don't tell such lies that you paid 100 UAH per hour taxi in Kiev! That just shows that all of your stories are of same fantasy!

Most of the girls I met in Kiev had good English skills. Language is important. Hard to find an emotional connection and pretty much impossible to have a meaningful relationship without it. I don't waste my time with non English speakers in Kiev and I have never felt it to be a problem.

That was also my experience with my several cities in Ukraine. Most young girls have some English skills.
