Strange that grivna is cheaper but still more expensive to rent because of dollar price.

Actually the not very good but absolutely OK hotels (Dnipro, Ukraine, Rus are the ones I have used before) now seems to be cheaper than apartments with a starting price at about 35 USD.

I have several times used and basically been happy with.

But now I think prices seems to be a bit high to say the least. I wouldn't want to pay more than around 50 USD, preferable below 50 USD at current dollar rate, a night for a stay of a week or more.

I just made a fast search and seemed to see similar prices at a couple of other companies...
I've used kievappts many times going to Kiev for myself and colleagues. Appartments are clean, well maintained, and usually good value for money. The company itself is reliable (will pick you up and drive you to airport). No complaints.

    Hi Tuggen,

Did you check with the price by sending them email? I just booked a apartment two weeks ago. The price I got was 20% lower than the value shown in the webpage.

    Apartments

    Hi!

Anyone knows if there are companies having apartments getting down to 50 USD for good apartments (a couple of the absolutely cheapest at Kiev apts are around that but don't look to good to me) in center or have the prices just sky rocketed for everyone but US citizens?

Or maybe I should see if I can get somewhat better price than at web as regular customer? Perhaps I could try?

Grateful for any recommendations on where to search for good / price apartments with trustworthy service.

Here is a link to top models. Take a chance as there are plenty of girls from US $12 /=UAH 300 an hour, read one pop. I wouldn't know?

That's why they stay here till they get lot of money before returning to Kiev, meanwhile they get fat because of Lebanese food and old (in the escort world).

So the last girls I want to meet in Kiev are the ones who come from my country.

I heard a very nice looking girl take only 50 $ for 1 to 2 hours at Kiev? That's what I understood from girls over Mamba.
If you have found " a very nice looking girl for one to 2 hours in Kiev take only $50 " , then she isn't a hardened hooker or working for an agency, probably a semi pro or a student in need, or you were able to charm her Online and she liked your looks and chat lines.

But proof of the Pudding is in the Eating, Go there, Fuck her and come back& share your experience on this forum.

As for your comments above re UA girls in Lebanon "A good looking Ukrainian escort will take 200 $ every time you take her to hotel, if you want her overnight I think she can ask for 600 $."

It doesn't sound too bad as Gia escorts being high priced escorts in Kiev charge US $200 an hour, and for all Night its more expensive (US $750) than what you quoted.

    http://gia-escort.com/girl/ksusha4

A good looking UA girl will ask US $200 & more if you meet them in places like Buddha Bar Or the'Lux club or other top clubs.

Start working Mamba for semi pros, or freebies well before you land in Kiev, that said, you might end up spending more than the US $ 50 being cash in their hands.

    Kiev costs per day??

With all due respect, the costs can creep up on you. I would advise "TheWhatever" to budget for at least $ 1500, all inclusive. The girls will be asking you for taxi money and the like. You still need to eat and drink. If you don't spend it, great. Better to plan to ahead to avoid the surprises. Some of the t-shirts you buy on the Kreschatyk are quite affordable, but are of low quality. My favorite souvenir is the Vladimir Putin toilet paper.

Back again after a very short break. You would think I am the fucking accountant for " the whatever" guy in trying to save him the cents, LOL.

But threads on here get addictive sometimes and I just get carried away. Hopefully it stimulates the discussion and get new tips and indeas.

New site for me anyway giving costs (Updated) for 3 Star travel in Kiev per day and the relevant costs. .

    http://www.priceoftravel.com/2427/eu...raveler-index/

Price of Travel's European 3-star Index for 2015.

    Currency: Ukraine Hryvnia.

Cheap / good 3-star hotel: Sunday Apart Hotel – 307.75/ night.

    Transportation: 50.00.

    Meals: 260.00.

    Drinks / Entertainment: 150.00.

    Attractions: 10.00.

    Daily 3-star Traveler Index: UHR777.75 – US $46.35/ day.

    Costs for each city.

One night in the cheapest 3-star hotel available with a desirable central location and mostly positive reviews. Hotel prices are per person based on double occupancy, so the full nightly rate is double what is listed for each city here.

Two 3-kilometer taxi rides per day (one ride paid per person).

One cultural attraction, such as a popular museum, per day.

Three meals per day using the top end of the range of our "budget meals" for each city.

Three beers (or wine) each day as an "entertainment fund. " Non-drinkers might have dessert and coffee or attend a local music pe.

Bear in mind the cost above includes the hotel price per person, so sole occupancy at that hotel Sunday Apart Hotel should be more. .

If you double the costs above $46.35 per day. Then its still under $100 per day.

Another interesting discussion here on how much you need for a week in Ukraine?

And you get different answers. http://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/ShowTop...in_Ukraine_how.

1 week in Ukraine, how much money do I need.

    "" 02 December 2014,23:20.

To give you idea, I can represent some median prices in Kiev, most expensive Ukrainian city, as for today. Prices are in US dollars;.

    BigMac $1. 65.

    Underground $0. 13 per ride.

    Local draught beer from $0. 60 to $1. 70 per 1/2 l = 17 FL. Oz.

    Taxi flagfall $2, included first 4 km = 2. 5 mi.

    Bus ride within city $0. 10 to $0. 30.

One-bed apartment with kitchenette and washing machine from about $17 per 24 hrs.

Taxi, accommodation prices will double if you do not have local friend to bargain for you. This is not because local people are unfriendly (rather opposite), but because english-speaking persons are rare, and there is a little "caste" of english-speaking service providers who appreciate themselves quite highly. In other words, local taxi driver will be happy to bring you for $2, but will certainly not understand where you want to go. And there will be another guy, who will understand you well but demand $5. ".

    "06 December 2014,13:44.

Hi, I was Just there a few weeks ago. I spent less than 1000.00 USD. But I was visiting with a couple friends and had a place to stay. If you plan on doing a lot I would take at least a couple thousand. That should be more than enough for 1 week. ".

The food was great so was the atmosphere and I remember it was quite reasonable as well. She told me many Ukrainian girls who worked in Cyprus, Lebanon, Israel, on their return to Kiev, head there to get a taste of the middle eastern food which they acquired a taste for.

I see "Whatever " is from that part of the world reading his posts, so I guess that would be a suitable venue for him to visit with a girl on his arm, playing on his own turf.

The restaurant is part of a chain with many branches in upmarket areas of London.

" The whatever" was asking the prices for an escort one a day for 4 days. HunterDave latest report confirms US $ 100 the max he paid "" With the economy on the skids, I never paid more than $100 per visit, a few for several hours for as low as 1500 and 2000 grivna. I had 2 stay the night and they both came back later in the week for seconds, and more tuition / rent help." So this works out at US $400 max for escorts.

Taxi money for escorts? I only paid escorts Taxi money when I wanted to send them away as rejects, then I paid UAH 50.

Again reading HunterDave's report he paid the same for Taxi money for sending one away " Unfortunately the girl that showed was a blonde, nice body but not my type. I was between a lunch meeting and dinner with 2 different girls, so I passed and gave her 50 grivna and showed her the door. " I guess with inflation maybe it should be UAH100.

    4 escorts one a day for 4 days= US $400. This leaves "Whatever" with US $ 600 to eat&drink for 4 days =$150 a day.

If he sticks to reasonable places to eat&drink and not going to fancy places, then I would have thought its quite doable within his budget of US $ 1000 for 4 days. .

But then again, each to their own, different tastes, different budgets.

    Cheers
