It sounds like this is becoming a destination where you just have to speak a local language or be living there to manage more affordable pricing. The point is that Kiev is not any more a cheap city for girls. You can get the occasional good deals from semipros etc. who just want a little sponsoring for their studies etc. You can get cheaper sex from some of the websites, but it is really a hit and miss. RP is now 300 for 1 hour for the majority of girls - some will say 300 for 2 hours. This is the going price. You can like it or not, you can stay till 3 am and try to get a lower price, but you have no guarantee: read what Kiev1 just wrote. Furthermore, at this late hour the girls are pissed because of bargaining and you both are more tired, maybe the sex is less fun? And you just cut from 300 till 250...

My point is that for the cheap sex for 2 hours: don't go to RP - even though you may be lucky. I went to River Palace on Monday Nov 26 and it had a busfull of Italians that night, all sitting in the middle section of the club, the ratio had to be 5 men to 1 woman, and two guys I came with who have been there before said this was the worst night because the ratio is usually the opposite. Needless to say I didn't even ask the prices, but my acquaintance told me it would be at least 300 that night, needless to say I didn't even ask. The quality that night was ok, but just ok compared the beauty you see on the streets and other clubs. Oh I was also told they ask for your money upfront, a big no no for me. I don't have any p4p experience in Ukraine so not sure if that was one person's experience or the norm there.

I arrived Kiev in the afternoon and waited for my date to arrive, a 19-year old I had met on the internet, she came by bus from another city. My feeling is also that RP is now more a sellers market, and I suspect that a lot of girls give a rather mechanical service – I felt there were some hard, very business-like attitudes?. My girl also told me that we get what we pay for: less money will often get us less enthusiastic service. Furthermore, the girls get pissed off by too much bargaining – and even if they agree in the end, this may give you worse service. However, even when we pay the full price, we have no guarantee that we get good service at all! As Caucasians we may have an advantage, there was a lot of Turks/Arabs in RP this particular night and it was clear that the girls prefer to keep away from them. Because of racist attitudes or bad experiences - maybe both? In the end of the day it depends on the chemistry you develop with the girls – and maybe also that their milage is not to long?
