Dnipro hotel is too expensive because it is three times (three! ) more expensive than an italian hotel of the same quality. I suggest everybody to rent a good flat in the center in kiev between 50 and 75$ per night.

About its security men beh. Just shitting people! They cheat and they trade in prostitutes. I don't think they ask you for 100$ per night but they ask you for 100$ per hour and their girls are not nice and with bad service. Dnipro's security men have to gain 20/30$ per hour per girl!

Uscot - Dnipro Hotel has some really bad looking lobby girls, which is probably the place the security guy will get the girl from.

The strip club in the hotel used to have some of the hottest girls in Kiev dancing there. That really doesn't seem to be the case anymore. You can have those girls for $400/night.
