Guy#2, part of the problem is the culture of business in Ukraine. Even 'good' people get caught up in it. Paying for dates in Kiev is like paying for sand at the beach- it doesn't make sense. You can easily do what you want without paying someone and if you do pay someone then you are just wasting your money. It's been gone over a hundred times in this forum - there is no customer service in the Ukraine. There is no agency in Kiev that is going to do everything for you (apartment, girls, food, whatever). If someone does promise you that it is a fantasy, doesn't matter if it's a westerner 'owned' agency or local.

If you can't find an attractive woman in Kiev then you have to take a serious look at yourself. It's only when you start looking for the 18-24 year old 8 plus super models do thing start to get dicey.

I'll give you some free advice from Cruiser D's Kiev playbook - which I am sure you will ignore and go out and make the mistakes for yourself;

NEVER go on a translator date - I've dated many a translator in Kiev and they tell me the first thing that comes out of the non english speaking girls mouth is see what you can get for me. You posted a blank page. Are you trying to be funny like there are no reputable agencies? If so, I may agree with you because nearly every Rusian or Ukranian I come across seem to be driven by money. Sometimes it is easier to deal with an American girl who has money but just has an emotional need. I am keeping my options open. I didn't haven any problems getting into PaTiPa or Arena on NYE. However both were expensive and very crowded. Arena may have been a private party I can't remember. PaTiPa was $100 entrance with a British DJ being featured.
