PTSD nope, but if I spent $5000 a month on a girl plus expenses and missed work for a couple of weeks, I would have a major case of PTSD. That being said I do agree with you recent reports. Clarification, I have not been to Kiev March-July, but I have been there more then 60 times and lived there on 3 separate occasions. The city is empty at night from Oct. -Feb. Well, first, you have to go at least twice per year. Second, you have to treat them well, of course, without overpaying.
