I haven't checked the site since last summer and that was due to all of the idiots that were literally chasing guys away at that time. I simply didn't need the hassle. So I was pleasantly surprised to see the thread "Stupid Shit in Kiev" just for those dummies and to also see that some of the worse transgressors were put on moderation! Cheers to admin, it was sorely needed.

I myself have been coming to Kiev 1-2 times per year on the average for over 20 years. I still like the variety available here. I can easily go to a massage parlor, use Mamba or simply pick out a stripper to bring back to my room. My best tips though are to get to know the doormen at the hotel or bars etc. They know a lot and most have a private list of girls (usually UTR) they can send to you.

I also like bringing "presents" that the local ladies either can't afford or aren't even available locally. I am talking stuff like nice perfumes etc. Even the Victoria Secret line of perfumes are desired in Kiev but are 3-4 X more expensive here. I didn't feel effects of political instability in Kiev. Mostly safe and content. The city itself is changing over the years, but so does New York or Paris.

I love New York, Rio, and many other locations, but as my alternative residence I would definitely prefer Kiev, and for many reasons besides ladies.

Anthony easy solution, get on Seeking Arrangements let them know your budget and you will not have any issues finding someone, with a lot less drama and they will come to you. I would recommend visiting them first, then you can meet where you want. Why do you want to meet girls from Kiev?

You can find super hot girls all over the world with that budget, that will be much hotter and more stable that what you are meeting in Kiev. Money talks, girls will not care about your race if your are willing to spend that kind of jack. $1000-2000 in Russia for 7's and above $3000-5000 easily can get 8/9's (All day). I mean real once, not this fantasy world that has been created in Kiev, and unfortunately you are a victim of this in my opinion.

I went ahead and sent International Women's Day messages over various messengers to 19 ladies of interest I met repeatedly in the past. Few days later my statistical mind decided to analyze the outcome.

Now, on my subjective customer satisfaction scale, 12 of them are rated at or above 9. Most are 10's. That means manners, attitude, performance in bed, and female attractiveness as judged personally by me, not by an average expert on Ukrainian beauty from this Forum. I chose to solicit their contacts based on these indicators, and kept them because they impressed me deeply. I cannot rate those 19 girls in the commonly accepted sense. Perhaps 7 of them would be 8 and above based on their looks. YMMV, and that's not a problem at all.

5 of them are Civilians. Meaning the other 14 were P4P delivered by my dispatchers over the last few years, are from massage salons, picked up at Rio, met through GIA, Mamba, other exclusive non-public agencies, or are P4P friends of respective undertakers.

You have to understand that people differ in their experiences, lifestyles, etc. In the Kiev mongering scene, and some just want to pay more to their favourite ladies. I was 37 my first trip to Kyiv. Had no problem putting 29 years old on Tinder and had two dozen freebies in three months. Now I cannot pass for 29 and the amount of girls in Kyiv university on Tinder looking for "34" year olds is much much lower. So, I do pay for play because I still prefer girls in that age range. It is a hit in a gut with reality, but part of the game.

Kiev is a great place to live. Lived there 3 times, when it was real good. For girls average, night life is very bad, but you can make a good life there, very cheap and great walking city. Very little crime and many things to do during the day, dies down at night.
