If your budget is truely $500 there are better destinations, for high Quality girls. Difficult for Foreign Guys to get anything above a 6 in Kiev, money will only help.

Also, August is a bad time to travel to Kiev, most the girls will be on holidays.

August is not the best time to look for a girl in Kiev. Holiday season. The "stunners" will certainly have another sponsor. Or do you think they sit around all month waiting for you? Minimum they go to Odessa. To the sea.

I do the opposite. Dispatcher gives me the pic, name, hourly rate, and parameters of the girl. I go to kievlady.com and search to get more pictures, if she is there, and check if there is a substantial markup. So far I found 8 beauties.
