After publishing my brief March report, I receive many PMs asking questions about GIA girls. This is a quick report on my last tour. I tried few different sources to find proper girls but eventually struck with GIA. I doubt it has reduced since then.

One could speculate that different categories of providers have different rates.

I have personally found the girls perform better when I am not in Ukraine and they are not Ukrainian. Miserable places produce poor performance from the girls, so I don't believe the standard of the apartment would have any bearing. Spend to much time in Kiev, most will feel like you have a dark cloud following you around. Very poor place for mongering, but will always have a strong delusional fanbase believing the next top model is awaiting them around the corner.
