Generally speaking, do not use VK to monger. Girls are very sensitive to what you write them. A few wrong chit chats can lead to blocked profiles for suspicious behavior. VK is an important social network to Ukrainian girls and most profiles took years to grow.

In many countries you can get a (legal) second passport. Just need to say that you travel a lot and your passport is often with a consulate awaiting a visa and you still need to travel during that time. Then keep one passport for Ukraine and "similar" countries and another one for mainstream travel. If you are rich you can get a second passport from another countries, just need to fork out 20 k (Comoros), 200 k many Caribbean countries and Vanuatu, a million or so (Malta, Cyprus, etc.).

Are you from Turkey? In this case you can enter the Ukraine with your national ID and don't need a passport. That means no stamp.

Not from Turkey? Sorry, but in this case you need the passport and it's impossible to avoid a stamp.

There are trains, taking about 4 hours.

Taxi is 2 hours. Bus is 4-6 USD and under 3 hours:

Haggling about money with a potential mistress is a very bad start to things, makes the man look stupid and / or cheap, which is why I'm trying to think everything out in advance. Probably going to go with 2000 hrv per meeting, 2 meetings per week, or over 16000 per month. It has been blocked indeed, however most of the Ukrainian girls I know are still using it, so I would assume VK is still popular among Ukrainian girls. I guess they can use it with help of VPN, just like how people use facebook or twitter in China.

Same considerations must apply as while dealing with mamba. Target audience on both sides is the same.

There might be some differences due to policies and moderators on each platform. Not sure how radical those differences are.
