Go and start reading. You need to not be lazy and to read this thread going back as many months as you can, preferably back until at least March. I have taken pains and invested much effort in providing as up to date and detailed information as I could on the p4p options in Kiev for this thread, in order to spoon feed this information to newbies.
But what can I do if the baby will not take the spoon in its mouth?
I have focussed on the p4p options, more than the nightclub freebie scene, but the freebie scene in the nightclubs has also been covered in the thread.
As Gergiev recently wrote to you, River Palace does not exist anymore since last year. The girls have gone to Moscow, and those that stayed in Kiev can be found in places like Buddha Bar after 11pm or 12 midnite, or in other nightclubs. Neither does strip club Mandarin exist anymore (although managers at Rio have been speaking of its re-opening "soon" all this year).
Nightclub girls (the really hot ones) have been asking $400 or $500 for an hour, which can sometimes be negotiated down to the same price for two hours, or for a lesser amount for one hour, depending on your mongering skills and how hard up they are for your cash. Some have reported negotiating with a nightclub girl down to $200 USD for two hours, but I don't know what that girl looks like. It's the same process as used to exist at the River Palace, where the less fabulous looking girls would compromise on their price as the night wore on more easily than the really hot girls would do so.
At Rio the girls are younger than most were at River Palace and to my mind there are many more very hot young girls at Rio. The price at Rio is $300 USD for three hours. If you want more hours or the whole night, you will need to pay more. I have been asked for $400 for the night (I. E. Until 5am) , and for more cash for staying more hours than 5am. I have also succeeded in having some girls stay more than three hours, and even for the night for the original $300. The girls usually want to get back to the club by 5am closing to collect their money, so unless you succeed in getting the girl to agree to stay longer, that is the default end-time of the all night date for a girl from Rio. The same rates apply to the sister club of Rio, which is called Paradise, and is located about a 30 -- 40 minute taxi ride from the downtown Kiev center area. The same girls who dance at Rio, rotate to go dance at Paradise.
The mamba. Ru prices you mentioned are not accurate. Currently on mamba. Ru the prices being asked will vary between 400 UAH ($50 USD) , to 600 UAH ($75 USD) , to 800 UAH ($100 USD) , and some hotties on mamba. Ru have even asked for $200 USD or $300 USD. I have also received responses on mamba. Ru asking for 300 UAH ($37. 50 USD) but such a low price is usually for an erotic massage, rather than full sex including oral and classic. So clarify the services included when being quoted such low prices. And if such a low price is for full sex, seriously watch out for what the woman might look like, and don't be surprised if she is older, fat or ugly. Now it is also true that a very plain or ugly girl might also show up to your door from mamba. Ru who had asked a higher price too. This is why using mamba. Ru is a gamble and time consuming, because most guys will send away an unappealing looking girl. However, many guys report having gotten a nice looking girl finally, after several tries with mamba. Ru, including myself, so it is worth trying.
Such low prices of $100 USD / hr or less are also advertised on top-modals. Com, as well as other internet sites, with the same caveats about what type of girl will actually show up. In fact one can see a number of girls from mamba. Ru also advertising their pictures on top-modals. Com. Although on top-modals. Com there is a filter for "real photo", none of us is quite sure it can still be relied on. I have gotten two girls, who have since become my regulars, off of top-modals. Com website last year in 2010, who did use real photos of themselves, and still do in their ads on top-modals. Com and on mamba. Ru. But the current predomination on top-modals. Com of what is clearly ads put in by agencies, makes it more likely that they are lying when they say "real photo" for their girls, and the agency will send you whoever is available.
Yes, most of the girls do not speak English, and less speak German. But the language barrier need not be an insurmountable challenge. Speak to the girl who answers the phone for an agency that might speak English, and communicate your desires to her (she will claim to be the girl that is coming, but this is bullshit) , and request that the girl that is coming be instructed as to what was agreed beforehand. When the girl arrives, if you like her appearance and are going to keep her, use some simple Russian phrases that you may have learned to make an attempt at being charming, and greet her, tell her your name, ask hers, offer her a drink, and use sign language for the rest (I. E. To indicate where the shower is, and give her a clean towel, etc.) She knows the rest and has done this before. Conversation is really not so important. Likely, with you showered and laying in bed with her, she will begin to fondle your "shfantz" and try to get it hard enough to put on a condom, and proceed to give you oral sex, which, after a short time, she will simply stop and expect you to fuck her. That's what's generally included in a standard session. A short covered BJ and classic sex. If you want more, you need to speak this out with the girl who answers the phone, and hope it was communicated to the girl who comes. A last resort might be that you have to call her agency phone girl and ask her to tell the girl what you want regarding services in the middle of your session. If you want to try to get a GFE experience with the girl, and you would keep her more than the hour, it might be worth it to waste some time on trying to communicate and achieve a nice rapport with her, so then use your laptop computer and Google Translate to type messages back and forth, or to speak to her, in Russian.
For language issues you are concerned about, the suggestion I made concerning going to visit brothels or girl apartments, is applicable to the situation of a girl who comes to your apartment that only speaks Russian also, namely, prepare in advance, using Google Translate, a written list of questions or statements you can anticipate wanting to state or ask to a girl, in connection with her services and what you want, formulated for a yes or no response. Then you can simply point to a question on your list, have her read it in Russian, and shake her head yes or no, or she can say "Da" or "Nyet", which I assume you know what that means. For example, if you want to ask her,"Will you give me an uncovered blow job (Naturfranzösisch)?") [In Russian this is "Miniet bez preservativa"]. You can simply point to the written question on your printed out sheet, and she will understand exactly what you want. You can anticipate her probably saying "no". And if you anticipate you might want to follow up with other questions like,"Will you give uncovered oral sex for additional money?" or "how much additional money do you want for giving an uncovered blow job?", then simply prepare all your questions translated into Russian in advance.
Add D'lux to your list of nightclubs you want to check out, as it is one of the latest popular hot clubs in town.
Read all my earlier posts. Don't be lazy. In fact read this thread going back to March. Some of it is entertaining. Some is informative. Make notes (copy / paste what seems like good info into a document you can review and refer to later).
And you're good to go.

They, if you ask them for a shop address, or a metro station, can and tend to be very friendly, and normally would start a chit chat where you are from and so on.
What I am meaning is that a normal guy never been to Russia, and not speaking (or reading) a word will feel like a big pain in the ass going thought all procedures: invitation, visa, insurance, travel, getting to a hotel (with Moscow taxis. But there is the train and the metro too today) etc etc.
The Russian visa rules are changing as fast as they are rechanging. The border authorities tend to 'use' the most limitative version, independently if a newer, more open one, is out.
Going as self standing tourist is in fact simple, (Moscow, Petersburg or major cities). The pain gets out if you want to wonder or if your landlord do not register you.
If in the Visa application, for instance, Kazan in not mentioned (in a tourist visa, or in a visa for 'invited' guests, like those sometimes provided by landlords) in an express way you will never be able to buy a train or flight ticket from Moscow to Kazan. The OVIR registration (we all still cal it so but it's carried out by the police since the end of 2004) , if done by yourself, is a pain in the ass, so I tend always to go to hotels in Russia. By the way the rules are very controvert.
Before (up to April 11, 2011) you have to register within 72 hours after your arrival (the travel document proof the arrival and the passport stamps too) not excluding weekends, but Sundays and public holidays only. Now the term is up to 7 days. On ground all hotels (even in the enormous Taiga) carry out this process almost in real time, giving you a numbered recipe, if the police stops you without a registration may be after 4-5 days you got in. It may be. Lest say not a fun, especially if you are not in a group of tourists in Moscow and you look suspect. What I mean with "look suspect" any one who is almost everyone not white and light hair coloured.
Theoretically you could go to Moscow and stay 3 days, and then go home without registering. Generally it's wrong. Because the laws gives you a maximum time to reregister in Russia, but registering is mandatory even for Russians. In practice you should register every time you get in / out and hotel even if you sleep on night or you change city. That is the simplest way to get no problems and no hassles.
Just my two cents since some experience.
IT.
PS these guys gives a quite good, not perfect in my opinion, photo of how the situation is.
http://www.waytorussia.net/RussianVi...istration.html
My advice is to register ASAP (it's the first thing I do when arrived). Once I did not (was in the 72 hours but did a City, address and a Republic change inside the federation, from Russia to Tatarstan) and had registration problems. Got fined (with a proper receipt) at Kazan airport.
MONGERS SOLUTION:
In my travels, I usually rent a hotel room for two (king bed) , present my self, ad say there is a delay. Usually the price difference is simply the breakfast. Get my night toy. Register her and do what I want!

That's been my occasional experience anyway...

This is fishing for cheap rates which will only exist if you are a hardcore experienced player on the floor in your domain. & you're looking at making concessions, or monthly rates.
Freebies are in the clubs if you style or game. Mama Mia meaty Pizza. 2 potatoes, lasanga, chicken wings. 250 grn.

What this means is it's a huge advantage to go to Ukraine because you don't have to worry about all this crap (Belarus is basically the same as Russia in this regard). Other easier things in Ukraine are traveling by train (no passport) and buying a SIM card. Officially in Russia you have to have registration in the city you're buying a SIM card (so if you want to buy a card in Volgograd with a Volgograd area code you need a Volgograd registration). Ukraine has none of this kind of hassle. Just give them $5 and you get your SIM card.
These and other things really show how Ukraine is more tourist-friendly. It's also much, much cheaper for basically everything except pros (and still slightly cheaper for that). Food, accomodation, even train tickets are much cheaper than in Russia, even in the provinces of Russia. It's a much better destination for mongers than Russia, which is why I'm always surprised the Russian forum is on the first page here at ISG and not Ukraine. That's especially true for first-timers and newcomers who don't speak Russian/Ukrainian. I would recommend all of them to go to Ukraine over Russia, unless they have business in Russia or want to combine mongering with seeing some tourist sites.
As to this topic about danger I agree Ukraine is better than Russia, especially if you're non-white. The reason is Russia (Moscow mainly) has had a huge influx of people from Central Asia and the Caucasus to do menial jobs like construction. They tend to be non-white (asian or dark-caucasus looking). This has created a real underclass in Moscow. The reason Prosal can say one thing and others another is that this underclass you would never meet at a club. They even avoid the metro. So racism is alive and well while at the same time you can meet beautiful Russian people who are educated and well-traveled. This is not a knock, New York and Paris have similar issues.
This is not theoretical. I have had three black friends living in Russia. One of them is "Russian" as far as Americans would be concerned; he was born in Russia to an African father (who left) and a Russian mother. He's never left Russia and speaks no language but Russian. In America he would be "American" (like Obama) but in Russia like in most of Europe he will never be considered part of the nationality with a shared historical and geneological heritage. In 2010 he was badly beaten up at Chistie Prudi and put in the hospital for several weeks with many broken bones.
I have another friend from Trinidad who was spit on in Boarhouse (now Chesterfields) which is a very foreigner-friendly establishment (or used to be at least). The group of Russians who spit on him were next to us and wanted to fight. The manager came over and asked us to leave, and while he was sympathetic to us he said he didn't want any trouble so it was in everyone's interest if the black guy left the bar. We of course all left with him.
The closest thing in Ukraine is the venom against gypsies (Tsygani) especially in Western Ukraine. There is rampant racism against gypsies in Ukraine. If you look kind of mulatto this could really work against you especially in the provinces. You'd be better off to be very black than mulatto in Ukraine for this reason. Latin/SA is also a great look, I've seen some Spaniards and Brazilians clean up in Shooters.

Far simple, but for EU citizen, it's far simpler to get to the US.
If you do not have regular business visa (the "permanent", yearly one) , it's quite difficult to get for the first time to Russia with no tourist pacakge (at least an hotel, reserved and paid). And then you have the OVIR registration, more or less automatic and simple if living in an hotel. Not if you rent a house, and you might have alot of fun with Russian border officals if you try to get out with no registration.
IT.
PS It's still Russia.
