There are not flights from the West and from the Ukraine. This is correct. But there have never been many flights from Western Europe. And even last year (when everything was normal) there was just a hand full of flight from Kiev to Simferopol. But now the European Flight Control does not allow to fly there. Not from Kiev and not from any other country. All flights from Moscow and RF are classified as illegal.

At what time did you look at the webcam. ? In the early morning. ? When people were sleeping. I can show you a lot of photos from 2013 and 2011. With less people on that place. During the high season.

And it's not true that people need a special permission to cross the border. They just need a Visa for Russia. That's all.

1) Only passed Tiraspol for a couple of hours, never over night. But because of summer holidays for universities, any student will try to leave for the beach.

2).

It depends upon, what you are looking for. Original Odessa girls are more spoiled by well spending foreigners. And although Arkadia is very famous also for non-Odessa grils, the relatively high prices prevent them for going there en-masse without sponsor. Koblevo definitely is cheaper, so single girls better can afford it. But will be pleased to be invited to Odessa / Arkadia.

The river beach in Nikolaev is just within a simple living area, close to center, easy to be reached with local marshroutka.

So many locals able to go there during daytime, just for a few hours. Disadvantage: I always hesitated to go into the river for longer period of time.

In other words:

For highest-class girls and highest-class nightlife, Odessa.

For simple, good local girls at relatively low cost, and mediocre nightlife (my favourite disco, Caprica, usually is closed during July / August): Nikolaev.

Koblevo somewhere in-between.

No idea about Evpatoria, as I will not be in UA / RF (Crimea) during this summer. Got some infos from local friends, that much less tourists, mostly Russians only, of course. As there were only a few Westerners in the past, you might be the only one around this year. But the hassle of the visa and flight via Moscow or SPb makes it rather complicated.

Now, that Crimea is more or less closed for Ukrainians, the only cheap choice will be the coastal areas West or East of Crimea....

This is not true. Just a rumor. Propaganda of the new ukrainian rulers and their media. I have a lot of friends from the ukraine who go to the Crimea this summer. In the internet some people wrote about very expensive train tickets from the Ukraine to the Crimea. This is also not true. A train ticket from Lviv to Simferopol (and return) is about 300 UAH (30 $). There are less tourists than last year, of course. And there are just flights from Moscow to Simferopol. But even last year just 5% of all tourists used the plane to come to the Crimea. Most of the tourists travel by train, bus and car.

There is a vacation spot inbetween Nikolaev and Odessa, Koblevo, which definitely will be very busy. Always has been also a cheap spot for Moldovian girls, as close to their area. Difficult to find accomodation there now, and in case, you have luck, very simple, mostly.

Not a very good beach, either, BUT: Always very busy, because close to MD, Odessa, Nikolaev.

2 quick questions:

I've considered going to these clubs in Kiev or Odessa as opposed to a strip club, but the simple truth is, I don't dance at all. I'm a pretty good looking guy (at least I would imagine), still in my 30's, and dress nicely, but. I'm not much for walking up to strangers, or asking girls to dance or dancing in general. Should I stick to the strip clubs only, or how foolish especially if traveling alone to go to these clubs and just sit at a bar with a drink, or at a table with a drink?
