I don't think that is what he was necessarily referring to, Otto, I think he was just saying that purchasing "property" here might as well be purchasing thin air. Generally I agree with him, however this deal comes from trustworthy sources and I had my lawyer check it out. I was not aware a foreigner could buy *any* land in Ukraine, farm or otherwise. Whenever I've see it done, it's always done by "daverinost" which is a type of notorized contract.

As a foreigner, you are not allowed to buy farm land. But, in case you buy a house in the city, for example, you can buy the land the house belongs to. Or you can buy a plot of land in the city, to build a new house onto.

I don't want to annoy anyone, but throughout my years here, I've had several requests from members on here for information about buying property in Ukraine. I was just handed a spectacular deal by my landlord, so for anyone interested in buying an apartment in Odessa there is a great one at 175 square meters ( 1900 square feet) in the city center close to Park Chevchenko for <$150k. That's virtually unheard of around here and would be perfect for conversion to a hostel or pension. Plus, its got clean legal documentation to boot. The deal only lasts until September 1 though and then the price goes up to $175k. Let me know if you or anyone you can think of is interested. I'm happy to pay a finder's fee if you can set me up with someone. PM me if you want any more details and / or photos.

I spent 2 nights over the weekend in Odessa. Friday night I spent in Ibiza. I have to say that the place is absolutely amazing. Girls, girls and more girls and one more beautiful than the other. I do agree and have seen this from this country. All you need is to have a little bit of game and start with a hello. I have not been to Odessa and I will be there late August, but I know that I will have the same success as I had in Kiev and Poltava. It all started with a hello and it went from there. By the way, the girl that I met in Poltava she put me up in her Apartment for the duration of time that I was there.

I must admit I have only been a couple time to Dolls and 7 to 8 times at Rio so I'm not sure I'm comparing on the same basis.

Most girls do takeouts at Dolls and I felt the quality was quite good. But what I like with Rio is the vast choice (3 rooms by 2 or 3 girls in each).

For example I also went to Solid Gold where I took back a cutie but only 1 stage is not good. You have to wait for ages if you don't like the performer. I will not go back there...
