My experiences with the agency haven't been all that bad except for the one time, and I thought I was clear about why I went back to them. First, the bad: This was the fourth time I tried to use this agency, and only the first time that it actually worked. Three times before I was foiled by bad communication (on their end). The penultimate time I tried using their service was the worst. I had made and confirmed an appointment with Shanti, yet when I got to London apparently she was overbooked and I never got to see her. I related this experience to the agency and was disappointed that they were not interested in trying harder to make it up to me. The communication I must say has improved.
