As you come out of Baker Street tube station towards your right there's some traffic lights and on the other side is a Lloyds bank Atm & a Pizza Hut. I can confirm that 70A Berwick is a great location in Soho. My mate and I went there last week. He had a girl named Eva. I chose an older woman named Mandy. Damage £45 for 20 minutes of S&F. Both women were decent looking, but Eva was younger and better looking.

I've been going to 70A Berwick Street for a number of years and I can heartily recommend it for anyone looking for a quick no frills sort of experience.
