The US has a lot of "free sexual health clinics" where people can get sti testing for free get free condoms etc. LMAO, I went to a shotty high school in southern California and one of the responsibilities of each senior class was to volunteer at the local clinic for credits. This clinic was actually ran in collaboration between the school and a local charity.

You've gotten some good responses, but I think you seem to be trying to find a way to reduce the chance that you fuck a girl with an STI or STD. The only way to do that with any certainty would be to administer a test yourself (they can be purchased) or, even more unlikely, go with her to a clinic and get her tested. Even if you do that, the incubation period of certain infections and diseases means that the tests could come back clean even though the girl has an infection.

So, the best way to reduce the chance that you'll contract a disease would be to use condoms for all sexual contact with a prostitute. Ideally, that would include oral, vaginal, and anal. However, I have come to enjoy a good BBBJ so I'm willing to take the smaller risk of something getting passed to me through oral sex. However, I would never fuck a prostitute vaginally or anally without a condom.

To answer your specific questions:

1. Diva girls and in fact all girls in the UK are independents. It is illegal in the UK to employ sex workers. Agencies are in fact agencies just a referral middleman. As such, no girl in the UK no matter which agency or independent can be required to test. I would doubt any would spend the money unless they had symptoms. Just like U or me.

2. Given 1, there would be no difference with British girls. Although more expensive girls could afford it, I doubt they would spend their money this way.

I have only been two places worldwide that test and both are highly regulated the FKK in Germany and THC in Tokyo. And this is really just optics. If u test monthly and a girl sees 50 guys a month (many see more than this) then there is quite a window between her last test and you.
