My opinion is that in UK the mentality is such that gives them the right to behave the way they do. If a girl is working as independent and she changes her location often then she has nothing to lose. She takes your money which you will never see again and she does shit job. It's funny that I'm posting this now after the previous user's mention of Romanian service providers. Using AW, I normally filter out Romanians (sorry if this sounds at all racist; too many bad experiences).

I've noticed recently, however, a huge growth in Brazilian providers. However, time and time again, this is proving disappointing. Not, as the previous punter mentioned, because of bad service.
