Assuming she will be on a UK VISITOR Visa, then she can't work legally, Period.

I don't know how she plans to get the word out but we are often asked in here for suggestions near the airport and we always say "nowhere good" and recommend the express into London. I know NOTHING about the neighborhood near the airport but know that guys are often looking to hook up on a long layover.

USD acceptance depends on the escort.
