My experience is only with top reviewed Diva girls. Answer could be different if you go somewhere less classy or with unknown girls. With a single girl for a half hour booking one shot is assumed. For an hour booking the girls will generally allow two shots. At least that is my experience. With two girls it would seem even more certain because first, you will likely get to shot 1 faster if they are good providers. And second you have paid more and the girls understand this.
