1. Phoenix Club. Is it legal or there is a chance of a police raid? Also same query for House of Divine?

It is legal in terms of how it is set up. You are not paying for girls services you are contributing towards a swingers party. The establishment was running for years (over ten years) previously known as lady marmalade. They changed location several times but usually due to end of lease. I recall a few years ago they had a place in Edgware Road, wasn't too discrete and I think the residents in the block complaint about noise. The place was visited by the police but only to speak to the organiser, they did not bother the girls or the guests. I think another visit was at the back of the council complaining about unlicensed issuing of alcohol (they switched to soft drinks since then). I have had a discussion with the host about the legality and according to her the landlords normally know about it and she cooperated with the local authorities that nothing she is doing is illegal. I somewhat trust her as they would have been properly shut down if they were breaking the law.

These are standard prices in the UK and specially London. On AW you may be able to find decent independent British girls for 150-180 per hr (some including usual extras). the 70 to 100 per hour range is common amongst Eastern Europeans but I tend to avoid them due to high possibility of being trafficked (specially Romanians) so higher risk of raids but also morally wrong as they may be working against their will.

I am not sure what you mean by high end but Diva, Babylon, and Olina have never been considered high end since they offer 200-250 price points. That said, my experience the primary difference between "high end" girls is that British girls charge more and the apartment is a lot nicer. But damn you will get amazing girls on Diva if you pick the right girl. Although the pickings have gotten a lot more narrow at 200 these days.

I haven't seen any girl through these agencies. My opinion is that if it seems too good to be true then it isn't. That said the girls look great so in this instance some may well look like the pics, I didn't look at all girls on all sites but the pics that were selfies etc some of the girls look very good.
