I'm betting almost all of those are fake pics. The way the girls and agencies work in the UK is a direct consequence of the law. Unlike many countries paying for sex and being paid for sex is legal. However managing or owning a brothel and pimping are illegal. The agencies therefore are just providing advertising, publicity and booking services for the girls. If all the girls in an agency are exclusive to that agency the agency is more at risk of prosecution for pimping so they prefer them to advertise with a few and keep at least some legal distinction between the agencies. Obviously however they share photo shoot services etc.

It's actually a well thought through law for a change. The girls get the services of the agency plus some protection. If they are assaulted or attacked the agency has at least a record of phone number etc of the client to pas to the police. At the same time it reduces the risk of people trafficking somewhat.
