Short answer no you can't get it from the NHS unless you are a UK resident with a NHS number. Overseas non residents can only receive NHS Emergecy Care. If you google Private GP London you can see any of them for a paid consultation and prescrition but you will have to pay going price for the drug which I beleive is very expensive.

Viagra connect 50 MG is around UKP6 per pill for a small number (say 2 or 4) price decreases for larger quaintity.
