I was reading in the forums about new law in the UK.

Can someone explain the new law to me better, also if they have become valid.

I am talking about the law prohibiting prostitution.

What will be allowed, what will be banned?

I can't find any public document with the draft law online. Here's a couple of links though. It's deliberately vague and without any way of guaranteeing the ability to avoid breaking it.
