So I finally made it to the Steam & Sun at Kings Cross/Euston. I was out drinking, it was midnight so hard to find any escorts so went home, got the address and headed there. Entrance is fairly discreet but there is a pub close to it from where people were leaving so it might require some courage if your planning on going during the day. I think most were Russian, with a few Latino. I also heard there were 2--3 English girls but they were usually the busiest and you need to pre-book.

Many rooms, the room is small but has mirrors, bed, towels, fan--at the level of the room for a £150 girl. The rate since it was after midnight was £90 for half hour+ £30 for kissing!! (its supposed to be 70 earlier in the day. However, I will return with friends for a drink at the bar--same entrance charge as high class lap dancing bars and I like the idea of having the option to do more with the girls.

Sun & Steam Sauna, a little west of Kings Cross station will have a god quality line up. I think they open at 5pm so the line-up is better if you go later, like after 7:30pm. By the standards of saunas, the quality is high and the number of possible choices pretty extensive (10+) BUT it is expensive by sauna standards, too. Entry is a fairly standard GBP15 or so but girl will range up over GBP100 depending on what you want and her 'read' of you. Typically you get 30-45 minutes for that and probably only one pop.

Went to Spearmint Rhino on Totenham Court Road about 2 months ago, £15 to get in, £20 for each lapdance. Nice layout but drinks expensive and dances are fairly lame. Agree that Browns or the Griffin are much more in your face. Another place to try out is Metropolis, dances use to be £10 ( have not been there for a few years) but unlike Spearmint Rhino, the girls badger you after each dance they do on stage for their obligatory £1 and this can add up (same as Browns and Griffin I think)

Don't know about Stringfellows and Spearmint. But I am quite sure that they are legit lap dance clubs. Problem is probably cost , these girls are ususally stunners, but very expensive, evenfor a lap dance..

As described in recent posts, both Sunset on Dean Street and the "cinema" on Brewer street ( I don't hink it's call sunset, I think it's called "boulevard") are absolutely genuine and safe strip places.
