Paid a visit to a new place located near the Excel Conference place in East London.

The tube from LHR to central London is about 45 min one way. It's the largest and busiest international airport. So a 4 hr layover is tight.

4 hours is not enough time to go out of LHR and find someplace to get laid and then try to get back through security to your gate.

Counting from the time you hit customs and immigration (I'm assuming you are fying in from the US) to finding trasnportation you mau be short on time to go off the airport premises.

It may take over 2 hours to get back to your departure gate given that you will have to go back through security at LHR.

I would suggest you try to set up a much longer layover and follow with stuff from this board.
