I visited recently. Can't remember if I posted here about it or not. But to sum it up; for GDP150 or thereabouts, it's still good value for money. Their current location is pretty dingy with no space to recuperate between girls. You are kind of stuck in one of the two action rooms for the entire two hours. One nice thing to see is that spit-roasting is still highly encouraged, although doesn't graduate any further to blow-bangs or gang-bangs which reminds you that the girls services are regulated, taking away from the spontaneousness and excitement.

With the caveat that I have only used Olina and Diva and Allure, I am on here a lot and have soaked up what I feel is a fair summary of the three you name:

Adult Work. A ton of bait and switch. Very hard to get a good experience. But you prob can if you work hard enough on research. But most guys don’t and then come here and retell a poor experience and/or bait and switch.

House of Divine. I've heard good things but not in the absolute. In other words "a good value". Nice enough girls at a good price point. But not top quality girls at that price.

Diva. If you take a well reviewed girl you won't be disappointed. However most girls are now 300 and up which is super pricey. If you are looking for value, take one of the experienced girls who have been there a long time but are still amazing. Like Heidi and Noleta. They don't have over 100 five star reviews for nothing! If you haven't got much money and you really want to pay cheap pries then SOHO walk-ups are right up your street, pardon the pun. But you're 99% certain to have a bad experience. I don't know of a ratings site for walk ups. Sussex Gardens in Paddington is where the street walkers are from what I have known in the distant past and recent threads, but again, you're likely to get an equally bad or worse service, and possibly mugged.
