Actually, the hobby is not very active.

Don't go to the Hilton or St George hotels.

Stay at the M or S or Aurassi. You will find some pros in the bars but do not expect to find very high quality. And the prices are simply ridiculous. ALWAYS NEGOCIATE. NEVER PAY MORE THAN 4000 DINARS for short stay.

Hello to all!

I am travelling on a regular basis in Algeria. Here is my evaluation of the current situation.

1- to have a good time, you need to have access to an appartment

2- you can meet a lot a nice semi pro in the 'salons de the' that are actually popping everywhere, especially in the Hydra district

3- FORGET STAYING AT THE ST GEORGE HOTEL (EL DJAZAIR) and the HILTON. Strictly no access to friends.

4- the ambiance in the country is actually very tense. Algerians are upset about their non elected political leaders. Riots every day somewhere in Algiers and the suburbs. Do not venture out of the city.

5- the economic situation is on a negative slope.

6- the girls are overprice except if you have a 'girlfriend'.

7- you can have a WG in some hotels but at sky roketting prices (very low quality of time spent and mostly old)

8- the girls in hotels MUST pay everybody to get in. So the price can't be cheap and if she refuses, security will beat them.

BE CAREFUL ACTUALLY. DO'NT GO IN TIZI OUZOU.

I stayed a few hours recently, (day time), in this establishment.

The beds were made out of solid rock, or railway sleepers.

My friend has a long term local girl from the city, (she works in a chain hotel).

She popped in, and he popped in too......No problem with access..... LoL.

My question is: to wonderful life, please share, as I spend some time in Algiers, but will not pay more than 100 Euro. Living in Dubai gives a value to the product.

I expect to be in Bierut most of Ramadan.

Even i haven't been for a while.
May be after ramadhan i will go there again if my boss sends me...

Hi guys,

here's just a very short update about the Hotel "M".

Spent there recently two nights (sunday - monday) and could not find one single chica in the hotel bar. Also the lobby was free og WG's!

Have only recognized once three young chubby ladies that were certainly coming for business.
They weren't allowed to enter to the hotel at the entrance safety control.
It was obvious to call the guys they had an appointment with to confirm their entry-control.
For me, this would be a 100% no-go due to my concerns about my inkognito-status.

I'm not sure, if LE has cleaned up very dramatically in Algiers (most of the former knows venues like the discos "triangle", "vip" or "terrasse" have been closed by LE.

The scene seems to be working more and more only on personal contacts / recommandations.

It's a pity, because in the past i already had some very good action there...


Will have an eye on future development!

Unfortunately i can't give you actual contacts, cause i haven't been mongering there for quite a long time...

In the Hotel M it was never a problem to bring a lady to your room - i think it is still the same.

The going rates for 1 pop with 200 EUR is hell too much and at such prices i wouldn't come into business with a lady!

200 EUR is more or less a monthly salary for a regular worker - just think about and don't pay any price!

I have stayed in Hotel M for almost 5 months before I moved to Europe and I had one of my best mongering days here. You may be amayzed but its true. As I stayed here for along time so eventually I have been with almost all of the girls that pay visit to M regularly. I will be happy to share some info or contacts if anyone wants. Because I know how it feels being there.

At the M hotel there is a bar club which closes at 2 am. Last night, at around 10: 30 pm, I went there to check the place out. There was 3 or 4 patrons watching a football match on TV with one guy at the bar talking to a broad. As I walked out, she followed me and approched me. We started chatting and when I asked her if she worked there or what she was doing, she said, in french, "I do good".

She was a bit too chubby for my liking, but not bad looking, and she was asking 120 to 150 Euros for her services. No idea of the time she had in mind for that money. I have seen another one walking in as I was leaving, who looked better. And bear in mind this was the first day of the working week. So my guess is that on weekends, Thursday night, there should be more. Just a guess though.

This evening I saw another one coming out of the lifts and heading for that bar. My guess is she'd been making a guy "feel good" hehehehe.

It was confirmed that all the nightclubs under the martyr's monument, above the Sofitel hotel, had been closed down, courtesy of the lady minister of culture. I do not know about the other places. Not yet.

Bad news for the ones coming to Algiers

All cabarets and discos have been closed down since ramadan.

All what is left is the hotelbars at "M" and "S" bot 5 stars.

I suggest you to go to the neighbour countries.

These prices are very normal as the offer is very little.

So you better a very nice one worth all the money.

And be aware that hotels mostly dont allow visitors at night

Will go there soon and try to find the bets spots

If you have time and lust, then check out "La Perouse" which is a village/quarter outside Algiers (direction Ain Taya).
There are some very good fish restaurants and also during the weekend some cabarets/discotheques where i spotted in recent days some quite cute gems.
One's name is like Coco Loco or Puerto Rico or something similar.

Also always a tip is to go to a discoteque (e.g. "The Triangle" up at the monument) and get some phone numbers. The girls in there are very open minded and you can fix an appointment for the following day or so.
But: french language is a must!

Would be nice to read something from you and keep us informed!
