    Some guidance?

Thinking of Accra in the start of July, and need some help, even if I have read most that is written here:

    - is the Labadi Area the right place to stay? Mongering at beach are my hobbies (anything else to do in Accea?

    - are all hotels green?

    - will you get cialis in the pharmacies?

    - what kind of weather can be expected in July?

    - does most hotel rooms have a safe?

    - easy to find ATMs?

    - been to east Africa where it is almost inpossible to have girls play with each other, how is Ghana?

    - is anal common?

    Thanks for helping me out.

    Jean.

Tip on avoiding harassment at Pop-up Police Checkpoints,

This is a continuation to an earlier post on avoiding drama at police check points. That post was specific to the use of cabs. In the event that you are driving the following may be useful to you:

    - don't go too far from where you're staying to pickup WGs. The farther away you are from home, the more checkpoints you may have to go through on your way back.

    - (as stated earlier) ask the WG to put on the more decent clothes she has in her bag or stashed close by at the location she haunts.

    - whenever you're approaching the checkpoint put the stereo and tune to RFI, VOA or BBC world service. Few people listen these foreign radio stations and fewer people listen to them in their cars at night. Works for me every time. A police man who stops someone listening to BBC at 1 am would naturally assume it's a 'big man' and not risk keeping him unduly.

-keep interactions short, curt and straight to the point.

    E. g.

    Q: where are you from?

A: my colleague and I went to dinner / office get-together.

    Q: where are you going.

A: I'm taking her to her house.

    - keep the lights off inside. If she wasn't able to change into anything decent then you're going to have to make her inconspicuous as possible.

    - keep to the main roads. Since there'the be a bit more traffic of the main roads the police would not want hold up traffic unnecessarily by keeping you. If you drive on the back roads the police at the checkpoint on the back road have all the time in the world to interrogate you.

You can use inmessage and Hitwe apps, some of the girls straight up state they offer hookups on their profiles others don't state but you can confirm through DM, some also post their numbers, you can ask what they offer and negotiate the price with them. I personally like using the inmessage app most of the girls there are pros and semi-pros. Some may not be but you can still get them with little effort.

How do you get the second reference on the tourist visa application? The first one can be the hotel, but how to get the second one? I'm not getting response from my local consul.
In my case, I just wrote the name of the same hotel twice. Stupid? But it worked!

Tomorrow going to Accra for the first time.

If anyone has missed his girlfriend in Accra, I can make that poor girl happy for one or two nights and report back to him.

Therefore even if the staff at the Embassy don't usually check the references this one would rouse some suspicion at first glance.

If you're going to make up a reference use Western first names such as Peter, John, Charles etc then any Ghanaian name as a last name. That will be convincing enough. Look up any of the upscale neighborhoods in Accra and Kumasi and use those addresses. It would be more believable for someone who lives in a gated community in Accra to be expecting a visitor from the US or UK thus there wouldn't be any need to verify it.

    Hope this helps.

    Millions of thanks.
Best place place in Kumasi for the money is Vienna City hands down. Known as "Roses Guest House", it is a motel / hotel, restaurant, pool hall, casino, dance club all combined into one great place. They have the best damn food in Kumasi.

Not to be confused with "Vienna City" in Accra.

    Thanks.
I've been to Ghana 9 times now and have spent over a year in the country. They have never checked the contacts on my visa application.

With that said, it is entirely possible that they could, but the chances of that are very small indeed. I always had at least one legit contact, if the Ghanaians did check both and discovered that one of the contacts was not legit, I sincerely doubt if they would "Black list" you. The Ghanaians are very reasonable when it comes to tourist visa's. And you're correct, they are not stupid.

I love traveling to Ghana, most of my friends here in the States just don't get it, but I love the wild west feel of the place and believe it or not, I love the food and Music! Here's a compilation video of some of my travels to Ghana - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CAaOYjHb9K0&t=3s.

    Cheers!

Nkrumah Circle. Plenty of SW after 7 PM along Nkrumah street ans the streets around, also behind the Niagara Hotel, 400 to 500 CD, sometimes they stay for the night for the same price, I was never dispointed. The close Vienna City was mostley empty.

Danquah Circle. There is the Calabash at 200 m from the circle and you find some nice SW around with good service. You can go in the opposite small short time hotel or take them to your hotel.

Jokers Club. Nice club with high (expensive) class ladys. Not my style.

La Paz. I was there on a Saturday evening and there was nothing to find.

Chicos Pub (and hotel) - closed for renovation..
100 USD? That's quite high my man. Especially in a place like Ghana. Supply and Demand. Only the top tier girls should be netting such figures with any semblance of frequency.
