Hi everyone, well I had such a blast (several blasts, in fact!) on my last trip, that I'm heading back in a couple of months. I'm thinking of staying at Niagara Hotel. How's the nightclub attached? Also, did any of you guys ever use the day pass at Labadi Beach Hotel, to visit and use the pool, health club, etc? Anyone know the deal with that?

So I went by Elegance Spa. .Nothing else on offer. And not exactly cheap. The massage was excellent, so at least it wasn't a total loss. I should have asked for patrica.

Some time ago I went to the massage place inside the beach area. Not the same as Elegance which I have not tried yet. The most expensive massage was listed as Ghc130 but when I turned to walk out it went to Ghc 80. Turned out it was massage with two ladies. Extras were offered which were not exactly clear but was said to be naked BJ with both ladies at Ghc70 tip each. Needless to say, I turned it down and offered Ghc 30 for BJ each. We arrived at no agreement and I got a shoddy HJ. Left a tip of GHC 20 between both of them. They did not complain.

Walked around the La Beach area for a while. It was still daylight but I did not like the vibe. Too much pressure, too many people calling out to me. Felt I was under observation. Got invited to sit at a few tables but I know what that means. You pay the bill for the food and alcohol for everyone.

You are talking about one tribe which is the Akans (Ashantis, Akuapim, Kwaiwhu etc etc). They are a matrilineal people. Went to Labadi Beach yesterday to relax and do some talent spotting. Elegance Spa is at the entrance to the public beach and a pretty thing gave me a hand-out (wish it was a hand-job) advertising their services. I like to exchange idea with my fellow european friends on how things work in africa. All that I am saying is not absolute by any means its just my experiences. Your experience may different to mine for a variety of reasons. Maybe your younger or better looking than me.

My experience come from living in West Africa and traveling / living in those countries. I am in the sugar trade as well as other commodites. So I see things and I get around. I have been to a few francophone countries and anglophone ones.

The Key to what you said about your Ghanaian lady was that it was 25 years ago. The Ghana of 25 years ago is different from the Ghana of today. 25 years ago Ghana was for the most part Marxist / Socialist country. There were hardly foreigners around, There was no capitalism, slightly less corruption, more discipline and crime was dealt with severely. It was very much police state type of place. There was hardly the kind of prostitution you see today. Women were different, more conservative, more marriageable. They were way more submissive because if your a foreigner getting her out of Ghana she better worship the ground you walk on. They weren't as deceptive, They were more feminine, they treated their men way way way better than today. Guys here think women treat men great in Ghana. I wish you were here in the early 90's. I first came to Ghana in 1993 but my business in sugar began in 2008). It was very different then. Chicks dare not trying and play games back then, not from fear but respect.

Now in Ghana, foreign men are a dime a dozen to the attractive women, there is what is suppose to be a democracy, its become capitalist and people have tasted or seen what foreign investment can do, they feel more confident and the want to try and copy the likes of america and britain or the MTV types of women. Notice the stupid hair styles when your in the clubs. More feminist bullshit. Women are now riding the cock carusel for what they can get and enjoy it at the same time. They want to taste the sexual freedom that is going on in anglosaxon countries. They want to be independent but want easy quick money.

I also know a Ghanaian guy who now is an American citizen that married a girl from village he grew up in only for her to announce she only married him to get to the US. Marriage ended before even a year had passed.

Wait to hear my story mate. I was getting really serious with this one bird in Accra. Got the engagement ring and everything. Only for her to turn around and date this other guy. She then comes back months later and claims that he and her are no longer an item and that its over. Only for me to find out on her facebook page that she is engaged to this guy and ready to marry him after telling me it was over. If you need a release then keep them as short term flings. Not long term. If you want a more medium term and the sex is good then get her an apartment where you can come by when you travel and fuck. Then leave.

If after my advice you still have want to go long term and have a relationship then keep her in that country and don't bring her to the west. Just marry her and get her and place and keep her there. Its a bad idea to even consider bringer her abroad.

Just so you know. my chick was not a pro. she worked for the ghana government. so she was not poor but she was not rich. she came from a so called respectable family. she had a job. there was no sneaking around for this prostitution stuff.
