When I was in Tema, there was NOT many quality hotels for foreign travelers; it was kinda expensive. However, there are quite a few local low budget hotels used for short-time but they fill up fast and they are not secure at all. Once you get a girl in Tema, the word goes out throughout all the communities that your girl has you. Its not the easiest place to multitask.

I did the Afro route. Many of the women are frauds. They are very good at it. Don't send a dime to anyone. Those that ask for any type of payment, phone cards, etc. Are sure bet frauds.

...Also, I was searching for hotels in the area as I like to be in walking distance. Don't need anything fancy, just a roof and a bathroom. I searched for the Cumberland Hotel, but couldn't find it. I did come across the Niagara Inn Hotel that's nearby. Is that hotel still open? Basically, I plan on walking to the Circle, getting a girl, and walking back to the hotel, or if there's any short time hotels in the area to walk to. I'm used to going to Bogota for girls, so any tips are helpful. Thank you.

The Cumberland Hotel is for inviting girls for a short time. There are poor living conditions here. You probably won't be able to live there. Not far from Vienna City there is the Pacific Hotel. Ask passers-by, they will show you. I stayed in ones. 60 gh cedies per day. Good conditions.

Second: There is a trend of changing streets and roads name anytime the political leadership in Ghana changes and even a monster like Google is not able to update in real time!

In memories of locals, names of the British Empire are still in use and if you think that the tables or panels at the junctions have been remade by East Germany in the 70's misunderstanding the names...
Now Chinese are refurbishing signals and things are going worse.

Anyway "Vanderpuije" results on Google as Wonkai Ame CL. Or Ime Rd. On Bing / Maps right as Vanderpuije CL.

You will find even a hotel there and another cheaper one is at the junction with Omega, just named Omega. Anyway have Vienna as ref.

Someone posted the street "Vanderpuije" coming off the circle, but I couldn't find it on google maps. Does it go by a different name? Basically, if I walk out of Vienna City, how far away are they, or will I see the girls pretty much swarming around the area?
