Sometime I prefer to escape the rush and dust of Accra and go to stay for a while in the other capital cities.

In Tako I have an old friend (0111) and I got two new ones:0125 and 0315, 0317.

I suggest you the bar SOS in Market Circle, the three or four Bars in Collins Street and the Vienna on Beach.

It's not just the weekend that can be good.

Hi you all.

Takoradi has not changed a lot since.

Only two things: increase of prices as all over in Ghana. But less than in Accra. And more Obroni, caused by the rampant oil industry.

Bars are concentrated at the junctions of Collins Street.

On the Market Circle the SOS Bar is always a hot spot where to make shopping In the afternoon.

A good alternative is the new Vienna City which is the renamed Ocean Bar On beach side. Finally I had the opportunity to know the owner of the Vienna City chain: Herr Rupert from Vienna (Austria).

I prefer Vienna City on Sunday afternoon, not yet populated by hard core prostitutes! Ask the taxi driver about Vienna City on Beach ex-Ocean Bar side otherwise he will drive you to another Vienna City, closer to town, just a few canopies in the sludge.

I have payed a visit to an old friend and fished new fishes!

So it's as well to remember it.

Sunday morning, almost daybreak and awake far too early. Time to go out and see who is coming out from the clubs.

Jokers. Lots of people still around, some girls still looking for guys, some guys still boozing. Somehow beer at 5am doesn't seem inviting unless you've been on it all night.

"Hi again, I haven't seen you for a while, where have you been? Have you forgotten me? Can I come with you, can you buy me some food?" Have met a few times before so obliged. She's now moved into a place nearer to Jokers so ran her back to have breakfast together. Offered very personal hospitality again, hard to refuse at that stage. Food could wait.

Time to take off make-up, shower and change clothes. She didn't want to sleep as she had to clean the place and go to the market. Despite the religious pictures on the walls, she wasn't going to church.

She saw the camera on my belt and asked about the photos I had taken before (I think she has interesting features, with prominent cheekbones and a wide expressive mouth). I said that she needed to have lots taken to get the best from them. She obliged and wants to have some printed. These are portraits only.

Hi guys,

I am finally returning to Ghana again after almost 2 year.

My previous stays have all been at Lebara beach, and I have had good times both with picking up fellow 'sunbathers', and the MP at the beach was never a disappointment; HJ always included and BJ + FS on request (last visit ca. 18 months ago, so sorry if info is outdated).

This time I am staying at The African Regent Hotel, and looking for info: Does anybody know if the Hotel allow girls in the rooms? I believe the hotel is located at the Airport West area, are there any good pick-up bars near by (Saturday night) or any MPs?

Sorry I did not have much info to share, but it has been a while since I enjoyed West African hospitality!

Hope to hear from some more senior members, I will report back with my findings.
