In the hotel is very complicated, generally they want that you pay for another room for your guest.

Ask to the man in the reception, maybe with some dhiram you could find a deal.

Went to Didi Spa in Marrakesh since it had been recommended here earlier. Went there around noon and asked to see the masseuses, there were just 2 girls available.

Picked the one I liked the most, slim, a bit above average looks and early 20's, only spoke French and I do not. But I went with it anyway. The other girl spoke acceptable English.
