I was in Tanger in precovid time, then doesn't know how it works now, weekends were the best time for get girls at clubs, in weekdays you also could, but maybe just 50% women than in weekends (I mean in space disco, the one I was visiting, I don't know the others).

I was not into hammams, then cannot say about this.

Airbnb flats who are girls friendly I knew one, 100 dirham to concierge and you could pass with ladies, but owner retired his flat from renting, then I also don't know in that moment, a pity because it was not expensive and close to the night scene beach area, if anybody knows a place, could be very nice share the info.

Hotels I know Tarik hotel, who allows girls, but is a bit far from center.

In Rembrandt hotel you can enter with a girls, but paying extra fee 40 euro.

I talk how I was from 2016 ton 2019, don't know if something changed now.

I have the impression that Tangier is generally "open" to p4's services, so whenever you go into an Hamman / spa / massage where only women work, and its for men, its most likely they offer happy endings. Because in Moroccan culture its not polite to be massaged by a woman if its only for massage. You would get distracted for no reason. In this Hamman you will let aaaall clothes falling right in front of the masseuse to slip into another kind of short. She will right away see your best part. All signs for happy ending.

Usually girls will ask after cleaning or massage or directly touching you intimly to see your reaction. From that point on, just see what pleases you, BJ, HJ, FS and negotiate the price. Just negotiate down the price, always. 1500 is overnight stay, so 500-800 for FS is fully acceptable.

I made a holiday trip to tangier and want to share a little massage / hammam expiefence. First of all, if you want to effort a quite and decent place outside of Tangier, have a look at the Mnar region. Its 10 km away from the center, so you need a car. You probably can't take girls with you there either, but its super quite with an exceptional view in the Gibraltar and Spain / Portugal likewise.

The entry is simple, you choose between 3 different offers (cleaning + massage in private place) for 400. Another choice is the Hamman royal which I do not suggest, as you get the massage in a group hammam, and for sure you want your privacy. When the business settled a nice little Moroccan chery came by to lead the way up the changing room. She spoke French and English, but her French is better. So we stick to French and some Moroccan Arabic. She was very kind, a bit of reserved, but maybe that's because I was excited and bit nervous. Over time it warmed up. She definitely having a sweet Moroccan smile on her face, a solid 7, curvy.

Clothes completely of and then we went to the group hammam for warming up and relaxing. After 10-15 minutes she came back and we moved to a private hammam, which was heated and had a massage bed made completely out of stone and heated. That's typical for washing and cleaning (gommage). So for 5 minutes rubbing back and front, cleaning with shampoo, we negotiated 800 for a full service.

OK please keep your money safe at all times maybe get a hotel with a safe. This is a great idea. Keep most of your money in that safe and only take out what you need for the day / night. You need to haggle and negotiate everything. The people in this country are so tight its unbelievable. If you want long time then become more of a night person go to hookah lounges and clubs and negotiate with the girls the prices are usually for the whole night.
