I would say nearly all the Hammams in the Guilez area will offer extras, I have visted many and always on offer. Not so sure about ones in the old town, though I have read reports of extras there so might be worth a look too. Generally 200 dh for a 30 min hammam and then I aim to pay 300 dh for a BJ but have paid 400 before, Moroccans haggle hard so they will want 500+ to start but will come down.
