Two-thirds of Moroccans are sexually starved

    http://www.angolapress-angop.ao/noticia-e.asp?ID=411084

Rabat, Morocco, 01/26 - Two-thirds of Moroccans under 30 years of age affirmed that they have never had sexual relations because tough family regulations forbid people to maintain love affairs outside marriage, indicated a study published Tuesday by an independent daily, "L`Economiste".

The "Sunergia" company conducted the inquiry in September 2005 in a sample of 776 young Moroccans aged 16-29 years throughout the kingdom.

Young Moroccan women (62%) consider having such relations as "complicated" against 50% among men. Out of these, 43% mentioned the family as the main obstacle, while 23% cited neighbours as the major hitch.

About 66% out of the women investigated said they have "not yet had" their first sexual experience, against 13% among the boys.

A majority of the boys (34%) had their first sexual experience with a prostitute or with a girlfriend (32%) and only 1% with their wives.

According to the latest population census conducted in 2004, at least 29% of Moroccan citizens estimated at 30 million are young people aged 15-29 years.

On the other hand, the study found that a majority of young Moroccans prefer to have a spouse of the same religion, while 49% of men support the wearing of the headscarf by their future wives.

However, 79% of young Moroccan men and women were against polygamy.

    Marc Molle,
Indeed we are all entitled to our opinions but wouldn’t you say that opinion entitlement comes with tolerance and tolerance comes with some form of courtesy? However, when I see you forcefully calling others “retards”, telling them that their opinion is “a load of crap” or that they “should get a life” for not sharing YOUR views one can only reach the conclusion that you have a very different notion of opinion entitlement than most of us. Since I never considered that verbal violence [as illustrated by your numerous censored posts] made for any good argumentation I thought you would probably need a few paragraphs to understand my point of view -not an “exposé of doctoral proportion” by any stretch of the imagination. (‘just goes to show that you are obviously not a PhD; but then again we all knew that!)

The only difference between your opinion and mine is that mine is based on factual observation whereas yours is obviously the result of personal fantasies or some kind of mongering going astray (I am still waiting on the name of that “large Belgium(sic) hospital” of yours…). Let me give you an example: Fantasy: you think that I have only “travelled a couple of times to morocco(sic)”. Fact: I live in Morocco (cf. my previous posts). Granted that doesn’t make me “an authority” on any Moroccan subject matter but having an insider’s up to date first hand look at things might just make me a better judge on ‘some topics'; wouldn’t you think so?

And, btw, what’s with the lame word play on people’s username? “VegASS”!! Is that the best you can do? Even my five year old son would be ashamed of making such a moronic ‘diss’ at someone. Do you see me calling you ‘Couille Molle’ anywhere? I mean how old are you?

    Superion,
(I would write ‘Inferion’ if only I had half of Molle’s brilliant wit and repartee)
I understand that reading all of 8 paragraphs might be an intellectually challenging task for you but had you been up to it you would have noticed that the point I was making is that what Molle passes as hardcore facts (as opposed to opinions) in his 10+ recent posts is not only false but stands almost to the opposite of reality. Anybody with two working neurone got that! (or: 'duh!' as you would probably better understand) If you indeed knew Morocco as well as you forcefully (yet emptily) claim to, you would know that prostitutes from the ‘bled’ (i.e. countryside) stay in the countryside where they charge about 40 Dhms a pop. If they do move to Agadir (or any urban area) they are quick to review their rates and overall outer appearance in order not to look too ‘beldi’ as that would be counter productive to their trade. What you fail to see here is that just because you are incapable, for whatever sombre reason, of picking up a total amateur off the street in Morocco doesn’t mean that any of us can’t -not easy, granted, yet definitely feasible. 'Amateur' as in for free, nada, zip, zilch, zero, rien, oualou ..that is unless you are like Molle and you think that buying lunch or a drink for a woman anywhere in the world is automatically akin to some form of prostitution on her behalf (#409). Although it is an opinion that could have its merits I personally don’t share that point of view. For instance, I am sure your father has treated your mother to dinner every so often before they were married and I hardly think that that would make her an unwitting member of that wonderful 'trade association'. Do you?

The OTHER point I was making was that it was interesting that those who try to impose their opinions through rudeness, intolerance and obnoxiousness often are the one’s who have the least to say; as magnificently exemplified by the two of you. But then again, obviously, that point also thoroughly escaped you.

Anyway, girls that will be it for me on that subject matter! Enough time & bandwith spent here, I think, so now I will let the two of you ladies yap as much emptiness as you feel like... .

    Cheers,
    S.

PS: Sometimes I really do envy you: indeed ignorance must be bliss! ;-)

Correction. No red light district in Cairo. Thanx

    Schmilblick,

I don't need "un expose" of doctoral proportion to tell you that this is your opinion, and your are entilted to it, the lenght of it doesn't make it true nonetheless, you are trying to give the impression of someone who knows, an insider of some sort, wich you are not, I am sure. I suspect you are a guy who travelled a couple of times to morocco, this doesn't make you an authority on how moroccan society functions, far from it. As far as the other accusations are concerned, they are so ludicrous, you don't even deserve an answer. (I apreciate however, the fact that you kept your report within the guidelines, unlike that vegASS dude).

well, well, well. i had not checked out this forum in three weeks or so and, boy, did i miss something! obviously, i am not talking about the informative content of the posts but more so their humoristic value; especially marc molle’s. one must admit that between his broad misleading generalizations painted as 'i know it all and it must be true because i’m more obnoxious and louder the anyone else on the board' remarks and his terrible spelling both in english and french he’s definitely a winner!

first of all, as most of you had gathered, nothing ever happened to servaty. no carrots up his ass, no [CodeWord123], no severe beating, etc. just the ongoing and pending investigation. fyi i checked this info (although there really was no need to considering how much it reeked of bs in the first place). i checked this info with one of the most preeminent penal defense attorney in belgium and a very well placed source at the vice squad who would know even if the belgian authorities were trying to keep it ‘hush-hush’. why would they "want to kill the incident" in the first place and how would that "avoid any "baklash(sic)" is a mystery that probably only feeds to molle’s fantasies of government cover ups? if he would just mention which "large belgium hospital" he is talking about that would make things easier to double check (without mentioning his doctor friend’s name, oeuf corse). the "court bit" that molle supposedly read in "various newspapers" that week is nowhere to be found. maybe that is because he "red it (sic)" with his own eyes. and from a strictly legal standpoint (as in: not a moral perspective) odds are "the guy will [not] make time" the worse off he will get is a suspended sentence and/or parole. to be (unfortunately) continued... .

btw, no f*** endless overly rehashed debate on the rights and wrongs of servaty here; just some straight facts.

furthermore, about molle’s ongoing diatribe about pros, semi and non pros. although i take good note that he "lived inmorocco for six years in the 90's", it appears the scene must have drastically changed since then considering how erroneous his is in his assessments. it could be left at that if only by his lack of humility he did not misinform this board by trying to make pass his personal (lack of) experience and/or let downs for irrefutable truths. contrary to what molle and superion think, el suave is right on the mark when he says: "belguel’s babes looked nothing like pros and hardened semi pros". indeed, anybody who’s been to morocco and practicing the scene will confirm that the women on the pictures looked 100% "beldi" (moroccan for: local, rural, naïve, etc.); with maybe the one or two exceptions. hell, if those were pros that would make, imho, morocco a pathetic mongering place!

tom2004 is also 100% correct in saying that: "the social differences and a lack perspective for a wealthy life in the country may make all expats’ 'attractive'. attractive in a way to have them as friend [f*** buddies, included] - not necessarily marriage." as i have mentioned in my pms, anyone (tourist or expat’) halfway decent and polite and speaking a bit of french can pick up total amateurs just strolling around from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm in the maarif (casablanca), gueliz (marrakech) or av. hassan ii (agadir) just to name a few. el suave is still right in mentioning that: "the entire urban moroccan female population leans semi pro" as in most third world country; or most country with 40% unemployment in urban areas.

when i read vehement affirmations such as: 1) "your normal next door type of girl (family girl)who are the majority in morocco, wich you will never be able to pull under normal circumstances. " ..or.. 2) "there is no way a normal muslim girl will go with a stranger (a foreigner more so) for the hell of it" ..or.. 3) "the ones who use the internet as a medium for meeting people mostly are the ones who go for mariage, wich isn't obviously what you are aiming for, so forget the internet" ..or.. 4) "what i'm saying is that cock sucker belguel digged out our hobby to full view, and we are being watched, so you need to be extra carefull". i can’t quite figure out if molle is a young teenager who’s been harshly burned by a super pro or if he is an under educated overweight male chauvinist with many unresolved issues (i wonder what tipped me off? could it be the bit where he mentions that: "you can get a lot of western girls only by buying them dinner. " and equalling that, in one broad stroke, to prostitution?! nah! )

these statements are just so far out left field and the fact that he’s sticking his house or neck out to 'vouch' for them doesn't change a thing. 1) yes, you will be able to get a normal girl next door (in urban areas) granted you have your own apartment, speak some french, and have +/- 36 hours to spare. 2) proven wrong, oh, so many times by expats’ and tourists alike; especially for a foreigner! 3) the internet is a 30/70 chance (against). it just depends how smooth and quick you are at making your point and weeding out the chatters, the gold diggers, and the libertines (and they are plenty of them! ); that goes for any chat site/forum including european’s largest dating site. 4) everything has long gone been back to normal since the servaty incident (read my previous posts); not to say that there weren’t a few months afterwards when things were a little high strung. should you be careful? obviously! doesn’t that goes without saying!?

the only correct report from molle is his last. 'ryanair will, indeed, commence flights to fez and marrakech from frankfurt hahn airport in germany from the end of october, 2006. fares start at €20 one-way including taxes. europe's largest low cost airline will also fly from its new base at marseilles airport in france to fez, marrakech and oujda airports in morocco'. but then again, anybody looking for an airfare on the internet could’ve found that out!

it is interesting to note that, as often is the case in life, those with the least pertinent things to say are the most vociferous and arrogant so, in closing, marc molle do us all a favor and abide by your own advice and "please, in the future don't generalise and don't talk about things you don't know shit about this forum is about people who know". as you so rightfully mentioned in one of your overtiring rant to shamil.

    cheers,
    s.

    Molle

Keep us in formed about this airline. This forum is really heating up. Hey guys, remember this is a mongering site, not a political forum.

  11. #410

    Oye,Oye,people of the world.

RYANAIR(a low cost airline) has made a five year agreement with the Moroccan government to develop low cost air access to the country. The deal covers most of Morocco's regional airports. Ryanair has committed to deliver up to 20 routes towards Morocco. Very soon people will be able to travel to Morocco for a fee of 45 euro return from europe. (even less, after a period of adaptation).

I think you interpreted the info incorrectly.

Sure you can monger, just don't be too obvious about what you are doing, (talking about it while walking down the street, approaching girls in public, asking taxi drivers you don't know about good spots, etc) and you'll be fine.

Also, don't go to ANY Muslim country for mongering during Ramadan.

When I was there in December, finding women who would have sex with me was not much of a problem.

I have visited Beirut 2 years ago and had picked up a beautiful babe from Al Juneiah for USD 150/- for an hour. I dont know if I was overcharged being a foreigner, but the babe was worth it due to her incredeble beauty. I was told then that the babes are prettier in Morocco. I had planned to visit Casablanca during this Eid holidays. But going thru this forum fells that the time is not right for mongering in Morocco. Keep us posted guys and let us know when things get back to normal.
