Checked out La Playa Suites following recommendations as a discreet place to stay to avoid gossiping at the company provided apartment. Rooms at La Playa are fine, "special" weekend rate of N20,000++/ night for the deluxe room (so N22,000 with taxes) but there didn't seem to be any difference between deluxe and standard. I'll compare against internet prices. Only issue is you have to take the road past Palms, I tried to get there from Pats using google maps but many of the roads are closed off for construction so repeated dead ends and you-turns. So would be a bit of a bugger to get to during the day at weekends. The bar / restaurant at LaPlaya was completely empty so no chance of an on-site pickup.

Then on to Troy Saturday night, was a little disappointing, seemed to be mostly big mamas or slim girls with wigs made out of old Brillo pads. I remember it as being better. Relatively quiet even up to 3:00 am.

Thinking that maybe a massage parlor would be the best bet, certainly mid week, so am trawling the Internet for likely places, any pointers gratefully rec'd.

Anyway, thanks to all for info provided on the forum and will be PM'ing those that offered to provide private numbers. I do most of my mongering in Dubai and SEA so if anyone looking for info on those locations, feel free to PM me.

LD thanks for the update. There are a couple of other places which are a bit further along the Lekki Expressway. The Holiday Inn Residence in Alpha Beach Road has reopened its pole dancing club. This seems to operate at weekends only. I have been told of a club called Splash somewhere in the Ajah area which has girls, both in the club and walking around outside. I am not too sure how safe it is for expats. Does anybody know anything more about Splash?

1) Strip clubs in Ikeja. Quite a few exist around the Allen / Opebi axis. I visited one recently. Entry was 2 k on a Saturday night. Had a couple of girls do lap dances (fully nude, absolutely no limit to touching / fingering! If that is your thing) at 1 k each and then requested for VIP. I was shocked that full service (covered) was on offer. I had wanted just a BJ. I was thrilled. Interestingly a couple of others were in action in same VIP with very little light.

Many thanks for the info, will pm you for any contacts you're OK to pass on. Have been spending quite a bit of time in Lagos for work (Ikoyi / VI) and like a lot of guys here am somewhat restricted as need to keep things low key. Eg can't bring any girls back to where I stay, and my driver will blab to all if I use him to cruise around and pickup girls.

I know the usual expat places. Pats, Step Inn, Michael's (which for some reason was absolutely dead last time I was there about 6 weeks ago), Churchill's, Long Bar, Tarzan (or whatever it's called now), and the new and more upmarket Shades, but I really need a recommendation for a reasonably priced and green hotel on VI (do any of them have issues with you bringing girls back?) to spend the weekend at, preferably with bar / girls on premises so don't have to travel around. Unless the yellow taxis are safe? Or better to recruit an independent driver who knows the score -but how to find?

I must say. You've found quite the Gold mine of information. I'm usually based in ABJ but make trips to Lagos every now and then. I'd be interested in the locations of the strip clubs as well as info regarding the Oniru girl (with A-Level) as well as the Lekki girls. I'm in US right now and won't be down in Lagos until December.

Last night there were 20+ girls there. The only downside is that the girls are generally larger in size than the girls that you find in the bars on VI. I was quoted Naira 6,000 for an all nighter. Note that the guys there are predominantly locals, which may explain the cheaper prices.

Cost 15,000 naira or $75.00 us. A little high but over all a very good experience. I will check out the spots you suggested and post my results. I have to be very discreet because of employment. Hmmm, never knew to be massages in ABJ. Will definitely check that out next time I'm down there.

Again, I stress working out of clubs first, especially if discretion is needed. Those side streets I told you about look a bit sketchy to be walking through. Driving is better. If you have a driver that is 'Soji' aka down to earth, cool guy, will see but not talk, ask him to take you to any of the popular outside gardens that serve 'point and kill' fish (you point to the fresh, alive, fish and they will clean and cook it for you, highly recommend) usually these places will have girls that hangout there as they tend to be popular places to drink and chill out.

Try and find some good lounges in Wuse 2, that's the main club area. Just look / ask for a place that is somewhat upscale but not Hilton upscale. Usually pubs will be filled with girls that work. One thing I will say about ABJ is this, most of the girls you see in clubs are working, as compared to Lagos that has a large, well to do, 'regular' class of girls just there to have fun.

Again, work out of the clubs if discretion is priority.

Sorry to hear you had just an OK time. So I've been ABJ for some time and I'll tell you this, it's a great place for mongering once you know the places. I made a post earlier to someone who would be going down there in a bit. I'll try and be as wholesome as possible so bear with me, it's going to be a longer post.

To start, you've some of the right places, but Sheraton and Hilton aren't really the best places for selection. It tends just to be a few girls quietly working at the bars and grills. Often times the best place to look is actually right in front of you. No lie, I saw a girl I liked at the bank, and she could tell I was a foreigner and was very receptive. I got her number and we went out later. While I never directly paid her, I would help out with rent, phone, utilities, "dash money" etc. So like a transactional relationship.

If that's not your cup of tea let me point you to the right spots.

So I always advise people to work out of clubs when in Nigeria (Lagos, Port Harcourt (PH), Enugu etc). Clubs tend to have what most men are looking for in good selection and are usually western friendly. So in ABJ, the best club would be Cubana Lounge. It's on Ademola Adetokumbo Cresent in Wuse 2. It gets packed on the weekends so try and do VIP. Usually there will be alot of girls looking for work. Last time I was there, I had a girl quote me for N18,000 the whole night. Solid, 8, nice butt, good tits, wasn't wearing panties (let me feel). While that was about $110 USD back then, and is good for a whole night, I turned her down. Instead I got her number. It's often better to call her the day after and have her come to your place. Usually at your place the price can drop significantly. Just a suggestion.

So, I've told you about clubs and you know about the hotel runs. If you are feeling adventurous, you can check out these streets; Bangui St & Djbouti CL, which is behind Ademola Adetokumbo. You will want to start navigating where Amigos supermarket starts (or Sofa lounge). Ask any taxi man, they know where it is even though it's been shut down. Walk (I'm a foreigner but I'm black and have experience in Nigeria, idk your comfort level of walking in Nigeria at night, granted inner city Abuja is very, very safe, but you may prefer to drive and scout out the area first).

Anyways, down Djbouti CL, is a make shift ST place. Girls range from 5-9's. All shapes and sizes. Usual asking price is about N5 k-N10 k for like 15-20ST with BBBJ + N1 K room rental fee. I usually try and scout a girl I like and get her number or drive back to my place. I have used the rooms before and never been robbed, but I feel more in control in my place. Some girls will walk the street on Bagui (both Bangui and Djibouti are connected). Ademola Adetokumo (AA) also has some girl closer to sofa lounge and Djibouti and Bangui, but they have been pushed out by police.

Ok, an additional place to check for ladies is Bria St and Blantyre Cresenct. Both of AA (there's a trend here). Most of these girl will line the streets and work the back streets (Blantyre). There is a nearby hotel, Valencia, to use as a way point. Girls here are from 5-9's. I like thick women, so big boobs and butts are a must. You will find them here. I must add, I'm a younger guy (26), so some of my travels are bit easier, plus I'm black so I blend in. All of these places are easy to navigate in car, but obviously a bit more incognito on foot. Should be no problem though.

So as far as inner city Abuja (ABJ). Those are the hot spots that I've been successful at. There are other areas, Zone 6 and a few, but I don't really remember the hots pots or roads. I hope this helps, feel free to reply to my post. I don't have my PM set up yet.

Last thing, if you take trips out to Lagos, I would hit up the clubs there and find yourself a roster of girls. Main clubs are Virus, Likwid, and a few others in Victoria Island (VI). There's also some places in Ikeja, just don't remember the names.

If money isn't a problem, you can have them visit (fly them out) you for some time. Lagos, being the main city, will have more selection, and better girls. There are even some strip clubs in Lagos if you know where to look. I think the Enclave is one of them, I don't remember, do a Google search.

I hope this helps out, I know it's a lot to digest but I feel I owe people my knowledge of how great the scene is in Nigeria. There are some escort sites, I think ******** or so decent. I've heard of Beauty Heritage, but the pics on there look fake and the prices are way more than some of what I've gotten outside.

P.S. I find its easier to have a small roster of girls. I won't lie, Nigerian girls aren't know for being super customer friendly on the first night. Maybe I'm just young, but many girls have told me to take it easy or they can't keep going because it was too much for them. I stayed in ABJ for some time for work. While this place isn't as bustling as Lagos, there is still a lot of activity going on. You won't find too many street walkers as the gov't is trying to crack down on that. My advice is to check out Ademola Adetokumbo crescent, especially around a former super market called 'Amigos'. Ask any taxi man, they should know. Your best bet is probably to work from inside a club. Many girls in the clubs will leave with you for a fee. Check out 'Cubana Lounge' also on Ademola Adetokumbo (not to be confused with Blu Cabana, another lounge, idk how it is for activity). You can also try some online sites, I was successful with them but you may need a bit more orientation with the city to be comfortable with that. In conclusion, I would stick to clubs at first, then when you get better acquainted you can check out some other areas. There's a street not too far from Cubana Lounge that is known to have a lot of activity. It's pretty hidden and in the back there's a makeshift ST spot where you pick a girl and do your deal. I've seen girls as low as a 4 and no lie as high as a 9.5. Like I said, you'll need more orientation with the city before you can check those places out. Hope that helps.
