1) RLD: Just forget about it. No matter how, it's by far the worst option.

2) Massage centers: cheap and girls are okay.

Buy Lapresse (biggest newspaper in Tunisia) and check for the ads section.

Now the problem is (and not a small one) the language barrier: they don't speak English. You can try but IMO it's a waste of time.
