So I tried to upgrade to Tinder+ or Gold, which is for 71 or 100 EGP monthly, respectively.

How did you know about this place? Craigslist, city of love, friend recommendation?

Just trial and error man. I've visited most massage places in Mahdi, Nasser city, Heliopolis and new Cairo. You get in touch with them the same like you would regular massage places, call the number and ask if they offer service. Most of the time they'll say no, and sometimes you'll get lucky and would receive full service.
