I have driven nasr street many times but do not remember seeing it, although it is late now, there was a report of some girls there.

According to another member here, that place was shut down by the police a week or two ago. And I suspect that is true because of the fucked up government. So you are out of luck.

Today I went to the Tahran square that is actually a very tiny park, I searched very carefully but did not get any hint that can tell me where is the health center, no so called big logo! Very frustrated.

I usually come via Tahrir Street, heading west from downtown. After crossing Doqqi Street, the major avenue that crosses Tahrir Street, continue on Tahrir for a couple of blocks along the north side of the street. You will pass a shisha cafe, a hospital, and eventually a CIB bank branch. Make a right at the bank down the small side street, and you will pass a TE data branch on the right. One block in this direction, then a short left, then a right heading in your original direction and you will be at the square, which is indeed a round park, and imagine yourself on a clock face at 6:00. With the park facing you, just make a left into the circular street around the park (passing clock numbers 7 and 8) and at 9:00 you will see a street (Tehran St.) on your left. Tehran clinic is on the ground floor of the first building on Tehran Street, after you cross the street. The sign is actually on the back wall of a recessed porch/entry area at the front of the building, so you would have to look into the porch area to see it. Often there is a bawaab sitting on the steps. Once you enter the lobby, Tehran is the first flat on your left, just before the internal stairway.

I am now in Cairo and do not have a car. How easy will it be for me to pick a girl from the streets you mentioned Rguy89? I am staying in a hotel in Zamalek.

Not easy at all I'm afraid. Even with a taxi they would not get into the car. Then there's the problem of the hotel not accepting the girls. Egyptian traiditons. Anyway, you can still go to Far East (read below for directions on how to get there). But the problem is they are all Africans and a few Chinese. No Egyptian. They have their own place so you do not need a car or place.

But it is closed as medical center without license and usage of unknown and un-authorized drugs.

Anyhow, Nasr Street (close to where Sun is) is starting to get back to the old days. So head there before the police start cracking down.

Found plenty of new girls doing the rounds at El Nasr Street, Maadi lately. There might have been a crackdown a few weeks ago but now it seems to be back in action.
