When I say we only pay after we are done, I am referring to other professions as well such as doctors, engineers and believe or or not even lawyers.

Ripping off one another and delivering sub-par service is deeply rooted in the culture and in our genetics as Egyptians, this is why cash is always paid after the service is delivered.

Though, there is another root issue which is that it happens many times that the provider offer photos of WGs that are not his / her direct contacts, but just forwarding it from another sub-provider etc. , which makes it highly uncertain that the WG will be actually available at the given time, or even that she actually looks in reality like the photos.

But in all cases, a provider (madam) takes good commission for making sure of these points, otherwise he / she would be just a scammer who wastes people time (which is a kind of damage on its own even if no money was paid, following the no-cash-first rule).
