It changed my perspective when I experienced it. The 6 k egp aprox. 300 usd includes an overhead cost that the escort has to finance in order to run a safe operation. I'm not mad at the pricing no more. It adds up.

No it is not possible to bring a sharmoota to your hotel room. Only an AirBnb will work and even that is not guaranteed 100% as you still have to deal with asshole neighbours and the bawab / guard of the building.
