I will be in a hotel, so I need a place that is current and available to dine in. You only need $50 (i.e. 300 EGP)... please don't spoil the market for us and other mongers by overpaying! When you give her $100, she expects $100 from the next guy!

The African girls are 300 LE. If she takes you to a friend's apartment, expect to pay maximum 100 LE for the use of it.

I don't think any WG in any part of the world would for a second object to getting paid in US dollars

The exchange rate for the EGP against the USD is 5.7 LE to the $ so $100 would be about 570LE. My advice is when you negotiate with a girl don't tell her upfront that you'll be paying with USD or else she'll charge you high. Settle on the price with EGP then do your own conversion and pay her in USD.
