Anyway, I am afraid that nearly all hotels in Cairo are NOT girl-friendly (even if you bribe them) and it would be impossible to bring a girl in. Yes, even the Sheraton. If you check-in with your own wife, they ask for documents to prove she is your wife. This isn't like Dubai at all, the security have too much time on their hands...
