If only it were that easy! You make it seem as though they are pure-bred Westernerners when it comes to 'picking up'. Unfortunately, they still have the Arab mentality/social/religious custom of no sex before marriage mixed with an annoying twist of feminism. You must have been extremely lucky to get past that social barrier. Nonetheless they do quite well in bringing over "Western Women" characteristics such as not being able to cook, clean or even fuck after marriage. Take a cab ride to Tahrir in Mohandseen... near the A&W. Cruise the streets for action. Also street action near the Chili's in Helipolis.

Pick up AUC chicks at the MCDonald's near the AUC entrance n downtown Cairo or where at L'Aubergine in Zamalek... a lot of these chicks are westernized Arabs from all over...Lebanon, England, Qatar, you name it...Kind of hard to talk to because they are usually in big groups of friends but they are drinking and can be tricked out of their clothes if you are persistant enough.

So here is something about my trip to Cairo. Stayed at the ramses hilton and the hotel is okay. Barely passed the mark. Down in the lobby cafe it gets busy starting 8-9 pm. A lot of girls usually in pairs or more start filling the place. Some of them good looking and some just plain crap. Had a shisha and just watched. The girls seem to be the working type with each carrying a couple of cell phones and they are busy texting and talking on the phone. I tried making eye contact but to no avail. I am not sure why, am not a bad looking guy. But maybe you have to look like a saudi to get eye contact. Needless to say, I just couldn't get past making contact. So the second night headed for the massage place at the hilton. Picked a Chinese gal and here comes a sweet looking Maggie? She seemed like in her mid 30s and probably had a child or 2, from her belly I could tell. Anyway, proceeded to give a hella massage. Towards the end I asked for extra and she gladly obliged. Any taxi in the New Maadi area would know where it is.

My taxi driver had a hell of a time finding it. He stopped literally every 30 seconds once we were close to keep getting directions. Even guys hanging around in the area didn't know where it was. We eventually found it.

Reminds me, I have a few funny and not so funny taxi stories about Cairo, including hurriedly jumping in the back seat of a cab at a red light one night at the driver's invitation, only to find I was sharing the cab with a breast-feeding young smiling African lass. More later.

Stop being lazy and read the thread below. We just discussed it. Anyway, Maharaja/Zen Zen/Far East is in 'Medan El Gazaer', right next to Ragab Sons Supermarket and some prominent dodgy pharmacy. Any taxi in the New Maadi area would know where it is.

Nirvana is in Haram Street, Pyramids. Never been there, so I don't know its exact location. It is all Blacks though.

Thanks Rguy, Just investigated the Red Sun. 150 LE for 1 hr oil massaage. Clean enough place but location very much in the public eye . Another bit of news. I was at El Laselky street doing some shopping where I noticed about 15-20 Chinese girls (!) passing leaflets advertising 'Foot Massage' service by a Chinese company called 'Red Sun' at an apartment inside the Mo'men building (PM me for the number). Of course they were being harrassed on the street by the millions of horny men in our fucked up country. But it seems like a genuine massage. Maybe someone can try and see if they do any extras? Some of the girls were really attractive. I would have went and tried but there was no parking and it was mid-day.

i hear u rguy. The trick when dealing with locals if u look local is to not look too local. I guess you're in your early 20s. The doormen are silly peasants who are supposed to keep the riffraff away. They assume that they are riffraff and thus they keep any local away. It all has to do with culture, i'm sure in Montreal or Toronoto, anybody walks anywhere; but i'm sure in FarEast, you don't want the local Bowab hanging out with you and that's why these guys at the door gave you shit....

Always dress older and pretend they don't exist; that's what always works with me handling shit situations like this.
